Nevertheless, in accordance with existing European legislation, Member States have established corresponding grace periods allowing legal use of Movento® products beyond that date. Below is a table summarizing the country‑specific last legal use dates for spirotetramat: | **Last Legal Use Date** | **Countries** | | --- | --- | | 30/04/2024 | Romania | | 30/04/2025 | Slovenia | | 30/10/2025 | Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Slovakia, Spain | | 31/10/2025 | Finland, France, Norway, Poland, Sweden | | 31/03/2026 | Estonia | | 30/04/2026 | Cyprus, Greece | | 07/05/2026 | Czech Republic | | 30/10/2026 | Portugal |   To cover these grace periods, Maximum Residue Limits (MRLs) for spirotetramat will not be reviewed and therefore will remain the same, until the Commission promotes its revision, only after the last grace period has expired. **In the meantime, residues of spirotetramat in agricultural products should be considered legitimate, if they result from applications conducted until the corresponding last use date.
