Following the publication of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/489, the approval of the active substance spirotetramat in the European Union (EU) expired on March 31, 2024.
Nevertheless, in accordance with existing European legislation, Member States have established corresponding grace periods allowing legal use of Movento® products beyond that date. Below is a table summarizing the country‑specific last legal use dates for spirotetramat:

To cover these grace periods, Maximum Residue Limits (MRLs) for spirotetramat will not be reviewed and therefore will remain the same, until the Commission promotes its revision, only after the last grace period has expired.
